One person arrested after stealing over 100 cases of Red Bull from Ohio store

OHIO — A Michigan man is facing charges after allegedly stealing more than 100 cases of Red Bull from a Meijer store in Brunswick.

Brunswick police were called to the Meijer on Center Road just before 4 p.m. on March 20 for a reported theft.

When officers attempted to speak with the suspect, later identified as 33-year-old Brent Robinson of West Bloomfield, Michigan, he fled the scene.

A K-9 unit was deployed and located Robinson a short time later.

According to police, he had stolen approximately 105 cases of Red Bull, valued at $2,200, along with several gift cards.

Robinson was taken into custody and transported to the Medina County Jail.
