KENTUCKY — A Phelps man is facing multiple charges after allegedly threatening four people, including two minors, with a firearm during a domestic incident.
According to a complaint warrant filed by Kentucky State Police, the incident occurred on July 12 in a bedroom of a home in the Phelps community.
Ralph Thomas is accused of pulling a gun and repeatedly threatening to kill the people present. He also allegedly broke someone’s phone by smashing it over his knee.
The following day, troopers received a tip about Thomas’ location and found him sitting in a car in the Jamboree area, where he was taken into custody without incident.
Authorities say Thomas also had two active warrants at the time of his arrest. He is now facing charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree terroristic threatening, and second-degree criminal mischief.
Thomas was transported to the Pike County Detention Center.
