NORTH CAROLINA — The Winston-Salem Police Department said a drug bust resulted in the seizure of more than 20,000 grams of THC vape pens.
According to the Forsyth County Drug Task Force, detectives identified three addresses suspected of receiving large quantities of THC products during the course of their investigation.
Authorities said search warrants were executed at the locations, leading to the seizure of approximately 26,100 grams of THC vape pens. The products have an estimated street value of more than $1 million.
Vontarius Tramonte Jackson, 18, was arrested after allegedly receiving the vape products at one of the addresses. He has been charged with possession with intent to sell and distribute a Schedule VI substance, officials said.
The investigation remains ongoing.
