OHIO — A 19-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after police seized large quantities of drugs, cash, and a firearm during a search in Akron.
According to a release from the Akron Police Department, members of the department’s Anti-Violence Bureau and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force executed a search warrant in the 2400 block of Eastgate Avenue.
During the operation, detectives recovered approximately 188 grams of methamphetamine, 50 grams of fentanyl, a handgun, a currency counter, a pill press, and about $8,600 in cash.
Lucas Robinson, 19, was taken into custody and charged with trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs, and possession of criminal tools.
The investigation remains ongoing.
