OHIO — Toledo Police Department arrested a Toledo woman after she allegedly left an infant home alone earlier this week.
According to court records, Savannah Rigsby, 25, of Toledo, is charged with two counts of child endangerment and one count of falsification. She has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Police affidavits allege that on Feb. 4, Rigsby left a 1-month-old child alone at a residence. Officers reported that the infant was found lying on a bed without clothing and wearing a soiled diaper.
Additional charging documents state that Rigsby allegedly provided police with a false name and date of birth during the investigation.
The case remains pending in court.
