
NORTH CAROLINA — Wayne County investigators have arrested a man in connection with a series of cut fiber optic and telephone lines in the southern part of the county.
Mark Anthony Levi has been charged with two counts of felony larceny, two counts of attempted felony larceny, and four counts of felony injuring utility wires or fixtures.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing as they work to determine the full extent of the damage and whether additional suspects may be involved.
