OHIO — A 27-year-old woman was struck and killed by a car late Friday night on I-675 North, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 10:57 p.m. when a 24-year-old man driving a Honda Accord hit Vanessa Martinez, 27, of Altus, Oklahoma, in the left lane of the highway.
Martinez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Honda was not injured.
The incident remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol Dayton Post.
No other information is known at this time.
