Ohio teen seriously injured in shooting incident

OHIO — A 14-year-old boy was seriously injured in a shooting early Saturday morning in Cleveland’s South Collinwood neighborhood.

Cleveland EMS responded to the 800 block of East 146th Street around 4 a.m. after receiving reports of a gunshot victim.

Emergency responders found the teenager with a gunshot wound and transported him to University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children.

According to EMS officials, the boy sustained serious injuries.

Details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting have not been released.

Authorities have not provided information on any suspects or arrests as the investigation continues.
