Ohio residents voice concerns over delayed USPS deliveries

OHIO — Ohio residents, have you not received received your mail or packages on time or haven’t received hardly any mail at all from the United States Postal Service recently? You’re not alone.

Ohio residents have taken to social media to express frustration over delayed or missing mail deliveries from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Many have reported not receiving mail for several days, citing ongoing service disruptions.

The USPS recently issued an alert acknowledging that winter weather has caused significant mail delays.

Heavy snow, freezing rain, and icy conditions across the Southern, Southeast, and Northeast U.S. have impacted the processing, transportation, and delivery of mail and packages.

The service disruptions come as Arctic air continues to push through much of the country, bringing dangerous winter storms.

In response, USPS has urged residents to help ensure safe deliveries by clearing a path to their mailboxes.

This includes shoveling snow and ice from the street in front of curbside mailboxes and providing a clear walkway to front-door mail slots.
