OHIO — Ohio residents have taken to social media in recent days to express frustration over delayed or undelivered FedEx packages.
Many customers have reported extended wait times, missed estimated delivery dates, and a lack of updates on their shipments.
FedEx responded to the complaints, citing winter weather as a key factor in the delays.
“We are closely monitoring winter weather moving across the United States. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team members,” the company stated.
FedEx warned that delays and disruptions may continue in affected areas but assured customers that contingency plans are in place to reach locations that can be accessed safely.
