OHIO — Authorities have released more details about a fatal two-car crash that claimed the life of an 18-year-old man and injured another driver on Wednesday.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol identified the victim as Logan Alexander Etterling, 18, of Portsmouth.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash occurred just before 2:45 p.m. on state Route 139, south of Rubyville, near Maple Benner Road.
