OHIO — Federal officers arrested a 24-year-old Cleveland man on Friday in connection with an August shooting that left one man dead and another seriously injured.
Jamelle Swanson was taken into custody outside an apartment on Miles Avenue.
He faces an aggravated murder charge for his alleged role in the Aug. 3 shooting on East 72nd Street.
Police responding to reports of a fight in progress found 22-year-old Anthony Williams with fatal gunshot wounds and 24-year-old Antwoine Sandford suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
Swanson was identified as a suspect during the investigation.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
