OHIO — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Tuesday evening near West 28th Street and Detroit Avenue.

Officers responded to the scene in Cleveland around 5:30 p.m. on December 9 and found a 54-year-old man who had been shot during a fight.

Emergency medical services treated the victim at the scene before transporting him to the hospital, where he later died, police said.

The victim has not yet been identified, and no information about a possible suspect has been released.

Authorities are continuing their investigation.
