OHIO — The Shelby County Animal Shelter is asking for the public’s help in identifying a couple accused of abandoning a puppy outside the facility earlier this week.
According to shelter officials, the puppy was discovered tied to the back door of the shelter on March 3.
The shelter said it is looking for information about the individuals involved, the vehicle they were driving or any details about the dog itself.
Staff members released a photo of the puppy that was taken after the animal was brought into the shelter’s care.
