No injuries reported in Warren County house fire

WARREN COUNTY — A house fire broke out early Tuesday morning on Kunker Road, off Edwardsville Road, in a rural area of Warren County.

The fire started shortly after 1 a.m., but fortunately, no one was home at the time, and no injuries were reported.

Firefighters faced challenges due to the home’s remote location, which made accessing water difficult.

Crews had to bring in a tanker of water to help extinguish the flames.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and officials have not yet determined what sparked the blaze.
