Multiple schools in Ohio closed Friday

OHIO — Several schools across Ohio are closed Friday, citing water outages, staff illnesses, and unspecified operational challenges.

Theodore Roosevelt High and Portage School closed due to water supply disruptions, leaving facilities inoperable.

Clark-Shawnee Local Schools and Clermont Northeastern Local Schools also announced closures without detailing causes.

Newpath Elementary and Newpath High School, both part of the Newpath system, shut down indefinitely, though officials did not provide reasons.

Meanwhile, Cincinnati’s St. Francis Seraph School canceled classes after an outbreak of illness among staff members.
