Multiple schools in Ohio closed Friday

OHIO — Several school districts across Ohio have announced closures and delays for Friday, January 17, due to inclement weather conditions.

Carroll Hills Schools and Carrollton Exempted Village Schools in Carroll County are closed for the day.

Cleveland College Preparatory School in Cuyahoga County has also canceled classes.

In Tuscarawas County, Claymont City Schools are operating on a two-hour delay.

Morgan Local Schools, Newcomerstown Exempted Village Schools, and Ridgewood Local Schools have also implemented two-hour delays.

Noble Local Schools have shifted to remote learning for the day.

Meanwhile, Akron Public Schools have announced a full closure.

Parents and students are advised to check with their local school districts for further updates.
