In Tuscarawas County, Claymont City Schools are operating on a two-hour delay.
Morgan Local Schools, Newcomerstown Exempted Village Schools, and Ridgewood Local Schools have also implemented two-hour delays.
Noble Local Schools have shifted to remote learning for the day.
Meanwhile, Akron Public Schools have announced a full closure.
