OHIO — Several school districts in southern Ohio and nearby border areas have announced closures and delays for Friday, Feb. 6, 2026, according to the latest listings.
Adams County/Ohio Valley Schools will operate on a two-hour delay Friday.
Carroll County Schools announced schools will be closed Friday.
Grant County Schools will observe NTI Day #10, with students participating in non-traditional instruction rather than attending classes in person.
Manchester Local School District reported that schools will be closed Friday, Feb. 6.
Schools in the Ripley/Union/Lewis/Huntington Schools area will operate on a two-hour delay Friday.
Robertson County Schools will also be delayed two hours and will follow an alternate transportation plan.
Switzerland County Schools announced schools will be closed Friday and will conduct a synchronous e-learning day.
School officials said schedule changes were made due to weather and road conditions. Families are encouraged to monitor district communications for additional updates or changes.
