Multiple schools in New Jersey announce closures for Tuesday

NEW JERSEY — Several school districts across New Jersey announced schedule changes for Monday, Dec. 2, due to weather-related concerns.

In Middlesex County, DuPont – Parlin is opening four hours late. In Morris County, Netcong Elementary School will open at 10 a.m., while Roxbury Township Public Schools in Succasunna are operating on a two-hour delay.

Sussex County reported multiple schedule adjustments as well. Hardyston Township Schools and Green Township School District are closed for the day.

Lenape Valley Regional High School in Stanhope is opening two hours late. The Netcong School District also announced a delayed start, opening at 9:50 a.m.

In Warren County, the Warren Hills Regional School District in Washington will open two hours late.

Officials advise families to check with their local districts for any additional updates.
