KENTUCKY — Several people, including students and a school bus driver, were injured in a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in southern Kentucky, according to the Todd County School District.
The crash involved a school bus and at least one other vehicle. School officials confirmed that multiple students on board the bus were hurt, along with the bus driver and the driver of the other vehicle.
The extent of the injuries has not yet been released.
Emergency crews from the Elkton Police Department, Todd County Sheriff’s Department, Elkton-Todd County Fire Department, and the Todd County Rescue Team responded to the scene.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
