SOUTH CAROLINA — Police in Lancaster are searching for a missing 15-year-old girl who authorities believe may have been taken by a parent who does not have legal custody.
According to the Lancaster Police Department, Lovesia Carroway was last seen Monday, March 9, on Pleasant Hill Street in Lancaster. Investigators say she may currently be in the Hartsville area, which is about an hour away.
Officials said they do not know what the teen was wearing when she was last seen and have not confirmed whether she is in immediate danger.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about Lovesia Carroway’s whereabouts to contact the Lancaster Police Department at 803-283-3313. Anyone who sees the teen is urged to call 911 immediately.
Police say the investigation is ongoing as they continue efforts to locate the missing teenager.
