Measurable snowfall possible across most of Ohio next week

OHIO — It’s looking very likely most parts of Ohio will see their first flakes of the season next week.

According to current models, most of Ohio can see at least an inch of snowfall Monday through Tuesday.

The big winners look to be northeast Ohio in the areas of Cleveland stretching to Ashtabula where over five inches of snow are possible in these areas due to Lake Effect Snow, according to the latest GFS Model run.

Southern Ohio can see up to two inches while central and western Ohio look to pick up around an inch or so.

On Monday, expect temperatures across most parts of Ohio to only reach the high 30s.

Although it’s not a lot of snow, it’s been a while since we’ve driven in snow, so be sure to take it slow out there Monday and Tuesday.
