Measurable snow possible in parts of Ohio Monday

OHIO — Don’t put up the winter coats just yet, freezing temperatures and snow are in the forecast for Ohio this coming week.

According to AccuWeather, temperatures across Ohio will drop significantly throughout the day on Monday, April 7, going from the high 50s in many places to the low to mid 20s Monday night.

Flurries can be expected during the day on Monday with steadier snowfall Monday night into Tuesday.

Most areas such as Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton along with the rest of southern Ohio could see a dusting.

Points north in areas such as Toledo, Cleveland, and Ashtabula could see up to an inch of snow come Tuesday.

The highs for Tuesday look to be in only the upper 30s for most of Ohio with the lows being in the high 20s.
