OHIO — Thanksgiving Day is on Thursday and the mild temperatures we are seeing this week will be traded out for cold and snow by the end of the week.
According to AccuWeather, snow showers are possible for much of Ohio on Thanksgiving Day into Friday.
Current forecasts are showing snow showers stretching from Cleveland to Columbus with minor accumulation expected overnight Thursday.
But farther up in Ohio in Ashtabula is a different story.
The current AccuWeather forecast shows measurable snow for Ashtabula and surrounding area with snow showers possible every day from Wednesday to December 12th.
For this week, AccuWeather is predicting several inches of snow for Ashtabula from Wednesday through Saturday.
Current predictions from AccuWeather estimate 3-8 inches plus for Ashtabula through the weekend.
In southern Ohio such as the Cincinnati area will see mostly rain to end the week.
