COLUMBUS — A man has been arrested following an accidental shooting in Columbus on October 19, 2024.
According to the Columbus Division of Police, Curtis Hardy was taken into custody and charged with negligent assault after he accidentally discharged his firearm, striking a woman who was in the same vehicle.
The incident took place in the 3700 block of Edendale Road at around 11:13 p.m.
The female victim was not identified in the report, and her current condition is unknown.
Hardy, a 29-year-old white male, remains in custody.
