OHIO — A man was arrested early Monday after allegedly breaking into a home on Linden Avenue SE and claiming he was a bounty hunter, police said.
According to an incident report, two residents heard someone enter their home just before 1 a.m. The man reportedly told them to leave, saying the house was “his” and that he was a bounty hunter. Witnesses said it sounded like he was throwing things and moving through the house while yelling.
Police later found a man matching the suspect’s description walking in the side yard.
He was identified as Jason Huey and arrested on a felony burglary charge. Huey pleaded not guilty at his arraignment and is scheduled to return to court Thursday.
