SOUTH CAROLINA — Authorities are investigating the death of an infant at a home in Anderson County, officials confirmed Friday.
According to local officials, the child died Friday morning at a residence on Spring Hill Road.
The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, the Anderson County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division are all involved in the investigation.
Officials have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the infant’s death.
Authorities said the investigation remains ongoing.
