MICHIGAN — A 66-year-old man from Indiana was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Cass County, according to authorities.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday to Oil City Road, south of M-62, in Jefferson Township.
Investigators said Todd Willingham, of Mishawaka, was driving southbound when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
Willingham was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
The crash remains under investigation.
Authorities said the sheriff’s office was assisted at the scene by the Michigan State Police, Cass Central Fire Department and SMCAS EMS.
