Incident shuts down stretch of I-71 in Ohio

OHIO — A section of Interstate 71 North between State Route 302 and State Route 539 has been shut down due to an incident, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

Emergency crews are currently on the scene.

Drivers are being rerouted off I-71 to U.S. Route 250 near Ashland as a detour is in place.

Motorists should expect delays and be prepared for stopped traffic in the area.
