NORTH CAROLINA — Authorities are investigating a homicide in Robeson County on Sunday morning.
Robeson County Sheriff Burnis Wilkins confirmed that deputies, homicide investigators and crime scene personnel are responding to the scene along Kitchen Street Road outside the town of Rowland.
Officials said the investigation was underway as of about 8:15 a.m. Sunday.
Few details about the case have been released, and authorities have not yet shared information about a possible victim or suspect.
