Four people arrested following multi-county drug bust in Indiana

INDIANA — A coordinated drug bust involving multiple law enforcement agencies from Wayne, Henry, Delaware, and Randolph counties led to the arrest of four individuals on Thursday.

According to a press release, police launched an investigation after receiving a tip that three people with outstanding warrants were possibly staying in the area between Economy and Modoc in Randolph County.

Surveillance of the area led officers to a residence where Elizabeth Fox confirmed the presence of William Binion, Corey Binion, and Dallas Crawford inside.

William Binion was arrested without incident.

A search warrant was then executed on the property, resulting in the arrests of Corey Binion and Dallas Crawford.

Authorities reported finding controlled substances and a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine inside the home.

Charges filed are as follows:

William Binion
Wayne County:

  • Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 3 Felony)
  • Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Randolph County:

  • Habitual traffic violator (Level 5 Felony)
  • Unlawful possession of a syringe (Level 6 Felony)
  • Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Henry County:

  • Dealing in cocaine (Level 2 Felony)
  • Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony)
  • Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony)
  • Unlawful possession of a syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Dallas Crawford (Wayne County):

  • Dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 2 Felony)
  • Dealing in a Schedule II controlled substance (Level 2 Felony)
  • Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony)
  • Dealing in a Schedule IV controlled substance (Level 4 Felony)
  • Dealing in a Schedule III controlled substance (Level 5 Felony)
  • Assisting a criminal (Level 6 Felony)

Corey Binion
Delaware County:

  • Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
  • Obstruction of justice (Level 6 Felony)

Henry County:

  • Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
  • Unlawful possession of a syringe

Elizabeth Fox (Randolph County):

  • Assisting a criminal (Level 5 Felony)
  • Three counts of assisting a criminal (Level 6 Felonies)

All four suspects were taken into custody without incident. The investigation remains ongoing.
