OHIO — Four people were arrested Wednesday as part of an ongoing drug investigation in Logan County, according to authorities.
A spokesperson for the Logan County Sheriff’s Office said the arrests followed the execution of two search warrants by the Logan County Joint Task Force, along with detectives from the sheriff’s office and officers from the Bellefontaine Police Department.
The warrants were carried out simultaneously at residences located at 1011 W. Columbus Avenue, Apartment B, and 1103 W. Columbus Avenue in Bellefontaine.
Officials said three adults were taken into custody on narcotics-related charges, though their identities were not immediately released.
A juvenile was also arrested and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center in Marysville.
Due to the nature of the investigation, multiple agencies assisted in the operation, including the Bellefontaine Special Response Team, the Marysville Tactical Response Team, and K-9 units.
Authorities said the investigation remains ongoing, and additional information has not yet been released.
