MARYLAND — Four men were arrested following a police operation targeting suspected drug activity in Glen Burnie, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.
Around 10:30 p.m. on June 3, officers conducted surveillance in the area of Green Branch Lane and Long Branch Terrace after observing vehicle and foot traffic consistent with hand-to-hand drug transactions.
During the investigation, officers detained multiple individuals and recovered three loaded handguns: a 9mm Polymer 80 semi-automatic handgun, a 9mm Taurus semi-automatic handgun with an obliterated serial number, and a .40 caliber Glock 23 semi-automatic handgun.
Police also seized approximately 176 grams of suspected cannabis packaged for distribution, a digital scale, and $1,095 in cash.
The individuals arrested were identified as Darrin Marc Briggs, 19, of Pasadena; Quasean Nevada Gross, 19, of Laurel; Lamar Antonio Galloway, 19, of Glen Burnie; and Kamryn Jayvion Ballard, 21, of Glen Burnie. All four face charges in connection with the incident.
