TENNESSEE — Four people were arrested early Sunday morning after an armed robbery in Mt. Juliet led to a police chase, according to authorities.

The Mt. Juliet Police Department said officers responded around 3:30 a.m. to a reported armed robbery at the Hilton Garden Inn on Providence Parkway. A 33-year-old man from Florida told police he had arranged to meet a woman he met online when three men entered his hotel room and robbed him at gunpoint.

After the victim contacted police, investigators used Flock cameras to identify and locate the suspects’ vehicle. Officers pursued the vehicle along Old Lebanon Dirt Road until it reached a dead end in the Hermitage area of Nashville.

Police said two passengers remained with the vehicle and were detained, while the driver and another passenger fled into nearby woods. Additional agencies, including the Metro Nashville Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office, and a Lebanon Police Department K-9 unit, assisted in the search.

Authorities said the two fleeing suspects were later located with the help of a police helicopter and K-9 units.

Investigators reported that a rifle, an airsoft pistol, and the victim’s stolen property were recovered from the vehicle.

The four suspects, all from Arkansas, were identified as a 28-year-old man, a 27-year-old man, a 19-year-old woman, and a 17-year-old male. Officials said one of the men was wanted in Arkansas on warrants for drug possession and contempt of court.

Authorities have not yet released specific charges. The investigation remains ongoing.
