
VIRGINIA — A Florida man was arrested Saturday after authorities said he was responsible for 13 hit-and-run crashes along Interstate 95.
According to Virginia State Police, troopers responded to the crashes between 6:30 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. on Feb. 14. The incidents occurred along I-95 between the Petersburg area and Spotsylvania County.
Police said a black Chevrolet pickup truck was believed to be involved in the series of crashes. Troopers later located and stopped the vehicle.
Garrett Ryan Sulli, 34, of Florida, was taken into custody. Authorities said they believe he was homeless. His charges were not immediately available.
