
OHIO — A coordinated effort between the Darke County Sheriff’s Office and Greenville Police Department led to the execution of three narcotics-related search warrants on April 22, 2025, resulting in five arrests.
At 517 Pine Street, Greenville Police arrested Raul Dean, 34, of Greenville, for pre-trial release violations related to a pending aggravated arson charge.
Additional charges may follow pending the investigation.
At 504 ½ Washington Avenue, Chet Musselman, 26, of Greenville, was arrested by deputies for trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony, after methamphetamines were found in bulk quantities.
He was also charged with unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance—a fifth-degree felony—after a sawed-off shotgun was discovered.
A third search at 526 E. Main Street resulted in the arrest of Aaron Rutschilling, 29, of Greenville, on trafficking charges involving approximately 71 grams of methamphetamine.
He also faces a third-degree felony charge for possessing a firearm while under disability, stemming from prior felony convictions.
Over $1,000 in suspected drug money was seized at the scene. Hannah Hodge, 24, who resides at the same address, was also arrested for trafficking in drugs.
In a separate case, Greenville Police and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority arrested Johntay Lane, 28, of Dayton, at 709 Euclid Avenue for a parole violation. Lane is currently on parole for prior drug offenses.
Authorities say the arrests are part of ongoing efforts to combat drug activity in the county.
