ALABAMA — Five people, including two juveniles, were arrested during a search warrant execution on Warn Street on October 21, the Scottsboro Police Department reported.
Officers seized drugs, drug paraphernalia, and cash during the operation.
Donald Wayne Washington, 63, of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, kratom, and marijuana, tampering with evidence, unlawful firearm possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Holly Rachell Monroe, 60, also of Scottsboro, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, kratom, and marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Olivia Jean Frost, 20, of Athens, faced charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Two juveniles were also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Authorities did not release their names.
