PENNSYLVANIA — The FBI is seeking the public’s help in identifying suspects involved in a series of armored truck robberies in Philadelphia and Cheltenham, Pennsylvania, and is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
According to the FBI, the robberies occurred between June 26 and August 12, 2025, involving four armored trucks and one attempted robbery. Two to three suspects were observed at each incident, and authorities believe the same group carried out all the crimes.
The suspects are described as black males in their 20s with thin to medium builds. One suspect has a light complexion, hazel eyes, and freckles.
During the robberies, all suspects wore all-black clothing, including black or gray hooded sweatshirts and pants, along with gloves and face coverings. They were armed with black handguns and AR-style rifles. In three of the robberies, the suspects also stole the armored truck drivers’ duty weapons.
The suspects reportedly used previously stolen vehicles, including a brown Nissan Altima, silver Honda Accord, black Nissan Maxima, black Dodge Durango, and black Acura TLX, all with dark tinted windows.
The FBI warns the suspects should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is urged to contact their local FBI office, the nearest American Embassy or Consulate, or submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov.
