OHIO — A raid on a Wellsville home led to the seizure of suspected drugs and cash, according to the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Brian McLaughlin, members of the Columbiana County Drug Task Force, and Wellsville police executed a search warrant on Nov. 25 at a residence at 507 15th Street.
Inside the home, officers found 14 grams of suspected cocaine, 15.5 grams of suspected crack cocaine, two grams of suspected fentanyl, and $880 in cash. Investigators said the suspected drugs were packaged for resale, and paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking was also recovered.
Four people were located inside the home: Ramel Shephard, Destiny Earich, Taylor Thrasher, and Tysin Gordon. Thrasher was taken to jail on an outstanding warrant. Authorities have not said whether the others will face charges.
The Drug Task Force thanked multiple departments for assisting in the investigation.
