SOUTH CAROLINA — A man was found shot to death inside a motel room in Greenville County on Friday afternoon, according to authorities.
Deputies were called to The Budget Inn at 224 Bruce Road around 2:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office and the Greenville County Coroner’s Office are investigating the incident. No suspects have been taken into custody, and the victim’s identity has not yet been released.
Authorities have not provided additional details as the investigation remains ongoing.
