Building damaged following explosion in Pennsylvania

PENNSYLVANIA — A building sustained significant damage after an explosion in Ellwood City on Tuesday morning.

The blast occurred at a building on the 600 block of Mount Vernon Drive. Authorities said there were no immediate reports of injuries.

Utility crews responded to the scene, and the gas company worked to shut off the supply as a precaution.

The cause of the explosion remains under investigation.
