CINCINNATI — Skai Jackson’s boyfriend, Deondre Burgin, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Cincinnati after attempting to flee from police, according to TMZ.
Authorities say Burgin was wanted on a juvenile parole violation warrant.
When officers approached him, Burgin allegedly ran but fell shortly after, sustaining a minor cut on his cheek.
Video footage obtained by TMZ shows officers wrestling Burgin to the ground and placing him in handcuffs as they waited for backup.
Burgin was cited for misdemeanor obstruction of official business and later released, law enforcement sources told TMZ.
The arrest comes just a day after Burgin’s social media accounts were reportedly hacked.
