INDIANA — Police in Michigan City say a boy is in custody after two adults were found dead in a home early Sunday morning.
Authorities were called around 1:30 a.m. to a residence on Schofield Court for a welfare check. Upon arrival, officers discovered two adults who had died from what police are describing as foul play.
A boy was taken into custody in connection with the deaths, though police have not released his age.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing but emphasized there is no threat to the public.
