MICHIGAN — Michigan City police are investigating after a body was discovered Monday afternoon near a highway on the city’s east side.
Authorities said the person was found around 3:15 p.m. near the 700 block of State Road 212.
Police said details remain limited but emphasized there is no known threat to public safety.
The investigation is ongoing.
