TENNESSEE — A bicyclist died Saturday following a crash with a vehicle pulling a trailer on Gum Springs Road, according to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).
Investigators say the bicyclist, identified as Shaw, was traveling along Gum Springs Road when he entered a curve and crossed over the center line.
He collided with a westbound vehicle that was pulling a trailer.
Shaw was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The incident remains under investigation by the SCSO.
