OHIO — An Amish family was assaulted and robbed earlier this month at their home and business in Geauga County, according to the Geauga County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the incident occurred on Oct. 9 at the family’s property in Middlefield Township. Three suspects have been identified in connection with the case.
Authorities said the suspects are facing multiple charges, including armed robbery, attempted child abduction, and assault.
The sheriff’s office is expected to release additional details during a press conference later Tuesday.
