OHIO — A lucky Ohio Lottery player has won the top prize of $500,000 after playing the $500,000 Platinum Jackpot scratch-off ticket.
The winning ticket was purchased at Young’s Foodtown, located at 16055 Main St. in Laurelville.
After state and federal taxes, which total 28 percent, the winner will take home approximately $360,000.
$500,000 Platinum Jackpot is a $10 scratch-off game featuring a top prize of $500,000.
As of March 24, two top prizes remain in the game.
