VIRGINIA — A winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Virginia following the Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026 drawing.
According to Powerball officials, the winning numbers were 27, 28, 36, 48 and 49, with the Powerball number 21. The Power Play multiplier for the drawing was 4x.
The Virginia ticket matched four white balls and the Powerball to claim the $50,000 prize. The specific retailer that sold the winning ticket has not yet been announced.
No ticket matched all six numbers to win the estimated $190 million jackpot, which carried a cash value of $88.7 million. With no grand prize winner, the jackpot will roll over to the next drawing and continue to grow.
