VIRGINIA — A $50,000 winning Powerball ticket was sold in Virginia following the Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025 drawing, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers drawn were 11, 18, 21, 24, 38, with a Powerball of 26. The Power Play was 10x, which increased prize amounts for players who added the optional multiplier to their ticket.
No ticket matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot. The drawing featured an estimated top prize of $64 million, with a cash value of $29.5 million.
The Virginia ticket matched four numbers plus the Powerball, earning the $50,000 prize. The Virginia Lottery has not yet released details on where in the state the winning ticket was sold.
The jackpot will roll over to the next drawing in the multi-state Powerball lottery.
