OHIO — A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Ohio for the Wednesday, April 8, 2026 drawing, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers were 3, 16, 17, 42, 52, with a Powerball of 3. The Power Play multiplier for the drawing was 2x. The estimated jackpot was $20 million, with a cash value of approximately $9.1 million.
No ticket matched all six numbers to win the jackpot. However, the Ohio ticket matched four numbers plus the Powerball to secure the $50,000 prize.
Officials have not yet released where in Ohio the winning ticket was purchased.
Lottery officials advise the winner to sign the back of the ticket and contact the Ohio Lottery to begin the claims process.
